Scholarships Awards

The Garden Club of Yarmouth has offered scholarships to graduating high school students, college students, or those presently enrolled in a formal program of study such as agriculture, conservation, environmental science, horticulture, landscape design, aquaculture, forestry or a related field.

We also have awarded toolships to graduating high school seniors who are entering the workforce in a field as described above.

You must be a Yarmouth resident to apply for the Club’s awards. 

The club’s scholarship committee awarded two scholarships in the amount of $1,500.00 each.

To Kayla O’Connell and Cyber Amaral, students at Dennis-Yarmouth High School, and residents of  Yarmouth are interested in conservation and environmental issues during their secondary education. 

 

A $1,000.00 toolship was awarded to Landyn Donovan, a Yarmouth resident who is choosing the landscaping business for her career.
